Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation and statutory withdrawal information for Qantova digital software.
1. General refund policy
Qantova is digitally delivered software.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable after the software has been downloaded, activated or digital access has begun.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. EU / EEA consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers purchasing at a distance may have a statutory withdrawal period under applicable consumer law.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost after supply begins only where the requirements of applicable law have been met, including the customer's prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right where required.
If those legal requirements have not been validly satisfied, statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
3. Defective or non-conforming software
This Refund Policy does not remove mandatory remedies available to consumers where digital content is defective, materially non-conforming or was not supplied as required by applicable law.
If Qantova cannot be downloaded, activated or used because of a reproducible technical issue, contact support and provide enough information for the issue to be investigated.
4. Subscription cancellations
Cancelling a weekly or monthly subscription stops future renewals according to the applicable billing flow.
A cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already completed, except where required by law or where a refund is otherwise expressly approved.
5. Requesting a refund or withdrawal
Contact: qantovalab@gmail.com.
Include the email address used for purchase, purchase date, the relevant order or Stripe receipt reference if available, and a brief explanation of the request.
Never send a full card number, card security code, Binance API secret, exchange password or cryptocurrency seed phrase.

Where a refund is legally required or approved, it will normally be returned using the payment method and payment infrastructure through which the original transaction was processed, subject to provider and legal requirements.
7. Consumer disputes
If an eligible consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority's alternative dispute resolution procedure.
